Country Grass is a 1975 album released by Wendy Miller and Mike Lilly on Old Homestead Records (OHS 90049), the third collaborative recording from the Kentucky-rooted bluegrass duo. Mike Lilly (guitar, banjo, vocals) and Wendy Miller (mandolin, vocals) are joined by Tommy Boyd (bass), with Vernon McIntyre contributing rhythm guitar on two tracks. Miller and Lilly's progressive bluegrass approach—rooted in traditional mountain music but reaching toward contemporary country-folk—placed them among the more adventurous acoustic acts of their era on the Old Homestead roster. The album reflects the label's commitment to extending Appalachian string-band traditions into new hands and new contexts.
