Grasstowne 4, released in 2015, is the fourth studio album from Alan Bibey and Grasstowne, the band Bibey assembled after his tenure with IIIrd Tyme Out. By their fourth record, Grasstowne had settled into a reliable formula: strong lead singing built on three- and four-part harmonies, clean instrumental work anchored by Bibey's mandolin, and original and outside material selected for its compatibility with the group's acoustic aesthetic.
