Rambler's Call is a 2010 Rebel Records debut album (REB-CD-1833) by Joe Mullins & The Radio Ramblers, the southwestern Ohio-based traditional bluegrass band founded by radio broadcaster and banjoist Joe Mullins in 2006. The band — Mullins (banjo, lead vocals), Adam McIntosh (guitar), Evan McGregor (fiddle), Mike Terry (mandolin), Matt DeSpain, and Tim Kidd (bass) — presents a program of up-tempo numbers and ballads rooted in the mid-century repertoire, including Don Reno's "Charlotte Breakdown" and "Boston Jail." The album established the band's template: Scruggs-style banjo, tight ensemble picking, and a mix of traditional and newly composed material delivered with period authenticity. Released the same year the band joined Rebel, it preceded by one year their all-gospel companion album Hymns from the Hills.
