Jim Anglin was a Nashville country songwriter and one of the three Anglin brothers (with brothers Jack and Van Anglin) who performed as the Anglin Brothers on Decca in the late 1930s. He is the co-author, with brother Jack Anglin and brother-in-law Johnnie Wright of Johnnie & Jack, of the bluegrass standard “Ashes of Love.”
