Back in Business (Hay Holler HHH-CD 105) was released in 1993 and is the second solo album by mandolinist Herschel Sizemore, following Bounce Away (1979). He made it during his four years with the Bluegrass Cardinals, where he worked with Don and David Parmley, and the session was recorded in March 1993 at Doobie Shea Studios in Ferrum, Virginia.

David Parmley plays guitar and sings lead, Craig Smith plays banjo, Bobby Hicks plays fiddle, and Dale Perry plays bass and sings baritone, with Sizemore singing tenor on several songs. Three of the twelve tracks are Sizemore originals: “Uncle Charlie,” “Tacoma,” and a re-recording of “Rebecca,” the mandolin instrumental named for his mother. The rest include Flatt and Scruggs’s “Your Love Is Like a Flower,” the fiddle tune “Grey Eagle,” Bill Monroe’s “Roanoke,” and “Daybreak in Dixie,” credited to Bill Napier and Carter Stanley. Parmley and Sizemore co-produced it.
