Déjà Vu is the debut studio album by Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, released in March 1970 on Atlantic Records (SD-7200). Produced by the four members and Bill Halverson over hundreds of hours of studio time in San Francisco and Los Angeles, the album features David Crosby (rhythm guitar, vocals), Stephen Stills (guitar, bass, keyboards, vocals), Graham Nash (keyboards, guitar, vocals), and Neil Young (guitar, vocals), with Dallas Taylor on drums and Greg Reeves on bass. Tracks range from Young's "Helpless" to Nash's "Our House" and "Teach Your Children"—featuring Jerry Garcia on pedal steel—to Joni Mitchell's "Woodstock." It sold eight million copies in its first year and remains the definitive document of the California folk-rock supergroup era.
