Do You Remember is a 1985 album released by Bill Harrell and the Virginians on Rebel Records (REB-1640). Harrell (guitar, lead vocals)—a longtime Washington, D.C.–area bluegrass figure and former partner of Don Reno—leads a band featuring Eddie King (mandolin, vocals), Darrell Sanders (banjo, resonator guitar), Carl Nelson (fiddle, vocals), and Ed Ferris (bass), who had been with Harrell since 1973. The album was reviewed on release as among the finest recordings of Harrell's solo career, reflecting the mature ensemble cohesion of a band built on years of touring the mid-Atlantic bluegrass circuit and a rigorous commitment to the traditional approach Harrell had developed alongside Reno.
