Flatt Lonesome cover

"Flatt Lonesome," released in January 2013 on Pisgah Ridge Records (PR 1440-2) — a Mountain Home Music imprint — is the debut album by the Florida-based family bluegrass band of the same name. The ensemble centers on the Robertson siblings — Kelsi Robertson Harrigill (mandolin), Buddy Robertson (guitar), and Charli Robertson (fiddle) — joined by Dominic Illingworth (bass), Scott Huffman, and Paul Harrigill (banjo). Raised in music by parents who led a gospel group, the siblings placed third at the 2011 SPBGMA Band Competition and won it in 2012. Opening track "You'll Get No More of Me" became their first number one; the band subsequently signed to Rounder Records. "Flatt Lonesome" is the essential document of their traditional-harmony debut and one of the most striking family-group debuts of its decade.
