Ghost Train: The Studio B Sessions is an album by Marty Stuart and His Fabulous Superlatives, produced by Stuart and released by Sugar Hill Records (SUG-CD-4063) on August 24, 2010. It was recorded at RCA Studio B in Nashville, which the Country Music Hall of Fame was then using as a museum.

The Superlatives were Kenny Vaughan on guitar, Harry Stinson on drums and Paul Martin on bass, with Stinson and Martin singing harmony. Vaughan shares the lead with Stuart on Don Reno’s “Country Boy Rock & Roll,” a song first recorded by Reno & Smiley. The steel guitarist Ralph Mooney joins them for an instrumental “Crazy Arms,” which he co-wrote, and he co-wrote “Little Heartbreaker (The Likes of You)” with Stuart. Connie Smith, Stuart’s wife, sings with him on “I Run to You,” which the two of them wrote. Kayton Roberts, Gary Carter and Tommy White also play steel, and Hargus “Pig” Robbins plays piano.

Stuart wrote “Hangman” with Johnny Cash four days before Cash’s death. “Porter Wagoner’s Grave” remembers Wagoner, whose final album, Wagonmaster, Stuart and the Superlatives had recorded with him. “Hummingbyrd,” Stuart’s instrumental tribute to Clarence White, is played on White’s own electric guitar, and it won the 2011 Grammy for Best Country Instrumental Performance. The album peaked at No. 46 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart.
