No Time for Enemies is a 2020 Rench Audio release from Gangstagrass, the Brooklyn-based genre-fusion project led by producer Rench (Oscar Owens). Featuring MCs R-Son the Voice of Reason and Dollo the Sleuth alongside banjoist Dan Whitener and bassist Brian Farrow, the album reached number one on the Billboard Bluegrass Albums chart — the first time rappers had held that position. Building on the band's 2010 debut and its profile-raising use as the Justified television theme, No Time for Enemies weaves acoustic bluegrass picking with hip-hop production to address themes of racial division and common ground. Note: the catalog attributes this album to Nathan Aldridge, which appears to be a data error; this is a Gangstagrass release.
