Sarah Jarosz's Follow Me Down, released on Sugar Hill Records (SUG-CD 4062) in May 2011, is her second album, written and recorded when she was nineteen. Dan Tyminski contributes harmony vocals; Stuart Duncan, fiddle; Jerry Douglas, dobro; Viktor Krauss, upright bass; with Béla Fleck, Darrell Scott, Vince Gill, Shawn Colvin, and Casey Driessen among additional contributors. Jarosz plays mandolin, octave mandolin, banjo, and guitar throughout. "Come Around" earned a nomination for Song of the Year at the 2012 Americana Music Association Honors and Awards. The album confirmed the extraordinary promise of her 2009 debut and placed her among the most gifted young multi-instrumentalists in the contemporary acoustic music world.
