I Know Who Holds Tomorrow is a gospel album by Alison Krauss and the Cox Family, released by Rounder Records on 4 February 1994 (CD 0307). The Cox Family, from Cotton Valley, Louisiana, are Willard, Evelyn, Lynn, Sidney and Suzanne Cox. Krauss produced and arranged the album and plays fiddle and viola. It was recorded and mixed at Nightingale Studio in Nashville by Gary Paczosa.

The instrumentalists are Ron Block (guitar and banjo), Adam Steffey (mandolin), Rob Ickes (dobro), Barry Bales and Viktor Krauss (bass), Kenny Malone (drums and percussion) and Gary Smith (piano), with Andrea Zonn adding a second fiddle on two tracks. The Coxes share the lead singing. Suzanne leads the title song, Ira Stanphill’s “I Know Who Holds Tomorrow,” and “Will There Be Any Stars?”; Evelyn leads “Where No One Stands Alone” and Loretta Lynn’s “Everybody Wants to Go to Heaven”; Willard leads “Far Side Bank of Jordan”; and Sidney sings Paul Simon’s “Loves Me Like a Rock.” Krauss takes the lead on “Never Will Give Up,” by David Marshall, and on “Jewels,” and Ron Block wrote “In the Palm of Your Hand.”

The album won the Grammy Award for Best Southern, Country or Bluegrass Gospel Album at the 1995 ceremony.
