I Know Who Holds Tomorrow is a 1994 gospel album by the Cox Family produced by Alison Krauss and released on Rounder Records (RCD-0307). Note: the catalog lists an Athena label, but the canonical release is Rounder RCD-0307. The Cotton Valley, Louisiana family—Willard Cox (fiddle, vocals), Suzanne Cox (mandolin, vocals), Evelyn Cox (guitar, vocals), Lynn Cox (bass, vocals), and Sidney Cox (guitar, banjo, dobro, vocals)—had first connected with Krauss at a late-1980s Texas festival, leading to two Rounder albums. Recorded at Nightingale Studio in Nashville, the session gathers Ron Block (guitar, banjo), Adam Steffey (mandolin), Rob Ickes (dobro), Barry Bales (bass), Andrea Zonn (fiddle), and Kenny Malone on drums, with Krauss herself on fiddle, vocals, and production. The album won the 1995 Grammy Award for Best Southern, Country, or Bluegrass Gospel Album.
