Keep On the Sunny Side: June Carter Cash — Her Life in Music is a 2005 Columbia Legacy compilation (C2K 90908) spanning June Carter Cash's recording career from 1939 Carter Sisters radio performances through her final album Wildwood Flower, issued shortly before her death on May 15, 2003. The two-disc, forty-track set — including two previously unreleased recordings — was overseen by her son John Carter Cash and encompasses material from the original Carter Family, the Carter Sisters, and the various configurations of the Johnny Cash show that defined her public life for four decades. The collection documents one of country music's most complete biographies in recorded form: from a teenager singing with A.P. and Sara to a matriarch's final recordings with children and grandchildren.
