Michael Coleman (bass), with tracks also featuring Watson's son Merle Watson (guitar) — sessions predating Merle's 1985 death. Watson's unaccompanied flatpick guitar and clear, unwavering vocal authority anchor every track through a program of country, gospel, and folk standards.
