Fred Neil
Fred Neil was an American folk singer-songwriter and guitarist.
- Born on March 16, 1936, in Cleveland, Ohio; died on July 7, 2001.
- Wrote “Everybody's Talkin','” later recorded by Harry Nilsson for the film “Midnight Cowboy.”
- Was a key figure in the early-1960s Greenwich Village folk scene and a mentor to many singer-songwriters.
