Kallick formed the band after the Good Ol’ Persons broke up, with Tom Bekeny on mandolin, Avram Siegel on banjo and guitar, and Stenberg on bass, all of them singing; Brian Wicklund joined on fiddle for the second album, which was recorded at Tomland Studios. Stenberg also sang on Kallick’s own Copper Creek albums. On My Mother’s Voice (2002) she sang “Waterbound” with Kallick and joined Kallick, Bekeny and Siegel on “I’ll Fly Away,” and on Reason & Rhyme (2003) she is credited among the singers with Kallick, Laurie Lewis, Peter Rowan and Tom Rozum.
