On Mountain Soul, released by Epic in June 2001, she sang harmony with Loveless on eight of the fourteen tracks, among them “The Boys Are Back in Town,” “Rise Up Lazarus,” “Cheap Whiskey” and “You’ll Never Leave Harlan Alive,” and on “Daniel Prayed” and “Soul of Constant Sorrow,” where Ricky Skaggs was the other harmony singer. She also added a drone fiddle to “Sounds of Loneliness.” The Christmas album Bluegrass & White Snow (Epic, 2002) has her singing backing vocals on four songs, with Tim Hensley or Jon Randall, among them “Santa Train” and “Beautiful Star of Bethlehem,” and playing harmony fiddle to Deanie Richardson’s lead on “Christmas Time’s a-Comin’.” On Mountain Soul II (Saguaro Road, 2009) she sang the tenor on “Big Chance,” with Hensley on the baritone.

When Loveless gave an interview and performance at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum on 26 August 2023, her band was Ramsey, Jedd Hughes and Deanie Richardson.
