Randy Graham is a California-born mandolinist and tenor singer whose long seat in the Bluegrass Cardinals helped define the band's signature trio-harmony "Cardinal Sound" — later joining Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver, co-founding the New Quicksilver, and now running a bluegrass booking agency.

- Original member of the Bluegrass Cardinals at the band's L.A. founding in 1974 alongside Don and David Parmley.
- Played mandolin and sang tenor with the Bluegrass Cardinals; his tenor voice was central to the group's signature "Cardinal Sound."
- Played briefly with Country Gazette before/around the Cardinals.
- Joined Doyle Lawson and Quicksilver in 1982 (on bass), then formed the New Quicksilver in 1985 with Terry Baucom, Alan Bibey, and Jimmy Haley.
- Joined David Parmley & Continental Divide in 2001; left performing in 2007 to launch the Graham Talent Group, a booking agency.
- Reopened the Graham Talent Group in 2022 with a roster including Nothin' Fancy, the Crowe Brothers, and Corey Zink.
- The Bluegrass Cardinals were inducted into the IBMA Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame in 2025.
