Just Gimme Somethin' I'm Used To is a 1992 album by Norman and Nancy Blake released on Shanachie Records (SH 6001), recorded at Windstar Studios in Colorado Springs. The album is a strictly two-musician affair with no overdubs: Norman Blake (acoustic guitar, fiddle, dobro, Hawaiian guitar, vocals) and Nancy Blake (acoustic guitar, cello, mandolin, vocals)—no additional players. Four of the thirteen tracks are instrumental duets pairing fiddle and cello; the rest are Appalachian and cowboy ballads, including a variant of "Little Matty Groves" and the range tragedy "When the Work's All Done This Fall." The record's resolute simplicity—only two voices and acoustic instruments in a close-miked room—earned a Grammy nomination for Best Traditional Folk Album.
