"Live in Holland 1985–2004," released on Strictly Country Records (SCR 58) circa 2004–2005, is a retrospective live compilation drawing from recordings made at Dutch concerts and sessions spanning nearly two decades of Chris Jones's career. The Dutch label Strictly Country had been the primary home for Jones's European recordings since his early touring years overseas, where he built a loyal following years before establishing himself in Nashville. The 13-track set documents both his pre-Nashville period and his later Night Drivers-era work, capturing the range of a career that bridged traditional bluegrass craftsmanship with contemporary songwriting.
