The record earned Bradley her first Grammy nomination for Best Bluegrass Album — coming after a four-year recording gap — and reviewers across the bluegrass press described it as a triumphant homecoming that confirmed her as one of the genre's essential voices. A five-time IBMA Female Vocalist of the Year at this stage of her career, Bradley delivered performances that matched the caliber of her celebrated ensemble.
