Mark Vann
Mark Vann was an American banjo player, a founding member of the jam-grass band Leftover Salmon.
- Born in 1962 in Maryland.
- Won the banjo contest at the Telluride Bluegrass Festival in 1989.
- Co-founded Leftover Salmon and was the band's banjo player from its beginning around 1990.
- Was one of the band's three principal members, with Drew Emmitt and Vince Herman.
- Died in 2002 at the age of 39.
