Aaron McDaris is a Missouri-born banjoist who has been Rhonda Vincent's banjo player since New Year's Day 2009 — a Sonny Osborne pre-war Gibson RB-3 owner whose résumé runs from New Tradition through the Larry Stephenson Band, Michael Cleveland's Flamekeeper, and The Grascals.
- Banjo player for Rhonda Vincent & The Rage since January 1, 2009 (replacing Kenny Ingram).
- Began playing banjo at age 12; performing professionally with regional band Second Exit by age 14.
- Joined New Tradition in 1997, then Larry Stephenson Band in 2000.
- Was a member of Michael Cleveland & Flamekeeper (with Audie Blaylock) in 2006.
- Played with The Grascals from 2007–2008 (replacing David Talbot) before joining Rhonda Vincent's Rage.
- Released solo album "First Time Around" on Pinecastle Records in 2005.
- Acquired Sonny Osborne's historic pre-war Gibson RB-3 banjo in 2010.
- Became owner/operator of the Starvy Creek Bluegrass Festival in Conway, Missouri in 2022.
