Tom T. Hall
Tom T. Hall was an American country singer and songwriter, known as “the Storyteller.”
- Born in 1936 in Olive Hill, Kentucky.
- Wrote many country hits, including “Harper Valley PTA,” which was a number-one pop and country hit for Jeannie C. Riley.
- Was known for narrative songs such as “Old Dogs, Children and Watermelon Wine.”
- Was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame. He died in 2021.
